A Christian Ministry to Youth and Families!

NDI is a non-profit 501(C)3 charitable organization which is funded entirely by the free-will contributions of individuals, churches, civic and social groups, businesses, and private grants and foundations. New Day is a separate charitable organization which is governed by its own Board of Directors and is not affiliated with any one church group or denomination.

In support of this generous funding, New Day hosts an Annual Fundraising Banquet in the Fall at which donors pledge their giving for the coming year. Other fundraising efforts are spearheaded by the Friends of New Day organization. Some of those activities have included an Annual Thanksgiving Hymn Sing; Boscov's Charity Coupon Day; and Christmas Gift Wrapping Booth at the Galleria Mall.

Information on these events can be found on our EVENTS & NEWS page as the time for each comes around!

We also rely on the generous donations of goods throughout the year for supplies in our Children's Ministry Programs. Anything from paper towels to pencils; backpacks for back-to-school give away; healthy snack items and craft supplies. So much of what we use on a day-to-day basis with the kids has been donated by the community.

If you're interested in donating in any way, go to our DONATIONS page and see how you can help!

Grants Received! Fall 2017

~ The Anne L. and George H. Clapp Charitable and Educational Trust ~

We were awarded a grant in the amount of $10,000 from The Anne L. and George H. Clapp Charitable and Educational Trust to further grow our After-School Program. Thanks for investing in the future of the students of Greater Johnstown!

~ The Benjamin Bosler Fund of the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies ~
We were awarded a grant in the amount of $2,000 in support of our Professional Christian Counseling Program. As many of you are aware, we provide Master's level Biblical counseling to the community on a donation basis. This grant helps us underwrite the cost of that service to the community.
